The first Excel-based worksheet facilitates the calculation of the maximum allowable amount of MOE reduction and CEIS for the LEA/ESAs. The second Excel-based worksheet facilitates the calculation of the maximum allowable amount of MOE reduction and CEIS for all the LEAs/ESAs within the SEA.
