Now you can download the 41st Annual Report to Congress on the Implementation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 2019 from ed.gov. The report includes national and state-level exhibits about infants and toddlers, children, and students with disabilities served under IDEA Part C and Part B. The most recent data the report presents are from fall 2017 or reporting year 2016-17. Certain exhibits contain 10 years of trend data beginning with fall 2008 or reporting year 2007-08. In addition, the report presents summaries of findings and determinations resulting from the U.S. Department of Education reviews of state implementation of IDEA as well as information about federally funded special education research and studies.
