• Add barrier codes to the Data System to indicate when not meeting requirements

• Revise methodology for measuring timely service delivery through the Data System, so that the measure captures whether all services authorized for the child are delivered in a timely manner 

• Update Data System to track and produce routine reports of children waiting longer than 30 days from IFSP development to start of services

• Statewide Data System to track and monitor for quality review purposes
