• Review data from the monitoring of child record reviews and the Data System to determine the efficacy of improvement strategies and identify additional improvement activities that need to be implemented to ensure compliance with timely service delivery

• Review the IFSP process to determine the ‘start date’ and build a tracking system

• Conduct periodic data integrity checks to ensure accuracy of data

• Refine reports from the Data System
