Part C Services

Each file has one record (row) per state, per service category. Each state has 17 records (rows) per file. The files are ordered alphabetically by state name. Beginning with the data for 2003, two national totals are included. These are the totals that appear in the annual reports to Congress.

Please review the Part C Data & Notes before using these files.

In each data file, there is a date at the top indicating when the file was created. If the file has been revised or updated, those dates are also noted at the top of the file. For revisions and updates, only the most recent date is noted.

Revised = Data are changed due to coding error, error in cell suppression algorithm, or data validation.
Revised (F) = Changes made to format or labeling only; (F) after date at top of file.
Updated = Data are changed to incorporate new data from one or more states for the specified year.

All documents and data on this site are the most current available. States may resubmit data at any time for up to 5 years past the due date. Revised/updated documents and data are posted as available or at least on an annual basis. Due to the time needed for data processing and validation procedures, it takes up to 10 months from when states submit data to posting of the data for the first time on the site.
