Part B Discipline

Each file has one record (row) per state, per disability category (including the total) or race/ethnicity category (excluding the race/ethnicity total). Each state has 19 records (rows) per file. The files are ordered alphabetically by state name. Beginning with the data for 2003-04, two national totals are included. These are the totals that appear in the annual reports to Congress. The three freely associated states (Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau) are not included in either of these totals.
