Seven types of data are collected about the implementation of this part of the law: a child count, a count of the number of personnel employed, a count of children served according to the educational environment in which they received services, a count of the number of students exiting special education according to the basis of exit, a count of the number of children disciplined, a count of the number of children and youth disciplined (discipline), and a count of the number of actions initiated during the June 30 to July 1 school year (dispute resolution).
