Welcome to the online registration site for the 2009 OSEP Overlapping IDEA Part B & Part C Data Meetings: Charting a Course with Your Data, to be held in Bethesda, MD.
There will be no new data manager orientation sessions at the meetings this year, as DAC has conducted these orientations throughout the year.
The Data Accountability Center (DAC) is hosting the overlapping Part B and Part C meetings. ALL meeting participants must complete a registration form no later than Friday, May 15, 2009. Once the registration form is processed, logistical information will be sent to the attention of the registrant. You will not receive logistical information if you do not submit a registration form. The logistics sheet will confirm the individual’s registration, provide information on the hotel and instructions on how to make travel arrangements, explain the reimbursement process (if applicable), and provide additional information about the meeting.
DAC has made every effort to ensure that rooms are available for all meeting participants at the government rate, but space is limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis. Once the rooming block at the hotel has sold out there is no guarantee that DAC will be able to locate lodging for you at the government rate.

The Early Childhood Outcomes (ECO) Center and NECTAC are hosting a meeting at the same hotel on June 22 and June 23. Individuals who are attending both the Data Meeting and the EC Outcomes Conference must register SEPARATELY for each meeting at Outcomes Conference Registration.
